It depends on the item: unopened sealed product = 14 days from delivery; raw singles = 7 days; graded slabs = 7 days (uncracked slab); apparel & accessories = 14 days (unworn, tags attached). See the full Refund & Return Policy for details.

Can I return an opened booster pack or box?

Accepted Answer

No. Once any sealed product is opened — packs, boxes, ETBs, tins, or sealed cases — it's final sale. This protects all customers from pack tampering and pack searching, and is industry-standard for trading card sellers.

How do returns work for raw singles?

Accepted Answer

Raw singles can be returned within 7 days if they come back in the same condition and same protection they shipped in (same sleeve and toploader, no added wear). Condition disputes need clear front and back photos within 48 hours of delivery.

How do returns work for graded cards (PSA / BGS / CGC / SGC)?

Graded cards can be returned within 7 days only if the original slab is undamaged and uncracked, with the grading label intact. A cracked or tampered slab voids the return. Graded cards over $100 require signature confirmation on the return shipment.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email support@animerealms.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number plus photos of the outer packaging (all sides) and the damaged item. Don't discard the packaging until the claim is resolved. We'll file the carrier claim and issue a full refund or replacement.

You shipped the wrong item or it's missing.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid return label for any incorrect item and ship the right one (or refund in full) at no cost to you.

Who pays for return shipping?

On change-of-mind returns (sealed product or singles), the customer pays return shipping. On damaged, defective, wrong, or condition-dispute returns, we cover it.

Is there a restocking fee?

A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns of sealed product to cover handling and re-verification. We'll disclose it before you authorize the return. No restocking fee on damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments.

When will I get my refund?

5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

No. Pull rates are set by the manufacturer. Sealed product is sold sealed and is final sale once opened.

How are cards packaged?

Penny sleeve + toploader inside a rigid or bubble mailer to prevent bending. Graded slabs ship in a card saver inside a bubble mailer at minimum, boxed for higher-value slabs.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Card data is processed by Stripe under PCI-DSS. We never see or store your full card number.

Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If still missing 7 days after the delivered scan, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation.

Tracking hasn't updated in days.

Carrier scans can stall, especially on weekends and holidays. If there's no update for 7+ business days, email support and we'll investigate.

Is signature required on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for orders containing single cards or graded slabs valued over $100. We can't refund non-delivery claims where the recipient waived signature at the carrier's request.

Are unopened sealed boxes returnable?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within 14 days of delivery — but only if the manufacturer shrink-wrap and seals are fully intact and the packaging is free of tears, dents, creases, or writing.

Are sealed products factory-sealed?

Yes. We source from authorized distributors and inspect factory seals before shipping. We don't open sealed product, so pull rates and individual card condition inside the seal are set by the manufacturer.
