ShippingHow long does shipping take?
Processing and delivery estimates are shown during checkout and in your order confirmation. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Anime Realms is currently focused on United States shipping. Available destinations are confirmed at Shopify checkout.
ReturnsWhat's your return window?
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in original condition. See the Returns page for details.
ReturnsMy order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact contact@animerealms.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and item so we can review it.
RestocksHow do I get notified about restocks?
Open a sold-out product, choose Notify Me When Available, select your size and enter your email. We'll alert you when that Shopify variant returns.
PaymentsIs checkout secure?
Yes. Payment and final checkout are handled securely by Shopify. Anime Realms does not store your full card number.
