Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
Our commitment
Anime Realms is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the widely recognized standard for web accessibility — across our store, including browsing, product pages, the cart, and checkout entry points.
We believe every collector should be able to browse products, read descriptions, choose variants, and place an order without barriers, whether they use a mouse, keyboard, screen reader, magnifier, or voice control.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmark regions.
- Full keyboard operability — menus, filters, galleries, and the cart drawer work without a mouse.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Alternative text on product and content images.
- Color-contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA for text and UI components.
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging.
- Tap targets sized for touch on mobile devices.
- Reduced motion options and respect for system preferences.
- Regular automated and manual accessibility audits of key pages.
Known limitations
Some parts of the experience are provided by third parties — notably the Shopify checkout and embedded review widgets. While we choose vendors with strong accessibility track records, we don't control their code. If you hit a barrier in checkout, contact us and we'll complete your order with you directly.
Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Anime Realms. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or need help placing an order, please reach out:
- Use our contact form — mention "Accessibility" in your message.
- Email us at support@animerealms.com
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to resolve confirmed barriers as quickly as possible.
Assessment approach
This site's accessibility is assessed through ongoing self-evaluation: automated scans, keyboard-only navigation testing, and review against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria whenever we ship design or layout changes.
