SMS Messaging Terms

Anime Realms operates an SMS program that sends drop announcements, restock and waitlist alerts, order and shipping updates, and occasional promotional offers to customers who opt in. The program is operated by Anime Realms, an online anime apparel and accessories brand based in Georgia, United States.

You join the program only by giving express written consent — for example by entering your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box on an Anime Realms signup form, or by texting a keyword we publish. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. You can expect roughly 2–6 messages per month, with additional messages around launches and restocks.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to all messages sent and received.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which we will stop sending marketing texts to that number. You may rejoin at any time by opting in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and consent records are shared only with the messaging service providers that help us deliver these messages, and only for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you submit. The program is available to US mobile numbers.
